• You must read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) before investing in any Mutual Fund scheme
• You must complete KYC formalities before any investment transaction
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and transaction details
• You must promptly inform Foram Singhvi of any change in your financial situation, risk profile, or contact details
• You are responsible for meeting your tax obligations arising from investments made through Foram Singhvi
• You must not share your folio number, account details, or transaction history with unauthorized persons

10. Commission Disclosure

Foram Singhvi receives trailing commission from AMCs on Regular Plan Mutual Fund investments. This commission is part of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) and is not an additional charge to investors.

• Commission details are disclosed on our Commission Disclosure page at www.foramsinghvi.com/commission-disclosure
• The exact commission earned by Foram Singhvi on your investments is visible in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS)
• Foram Singhvi does not receive any non-cash benefits, gifts, or incentives from any AMC
• All recommendations are based on investor suitability — never on commission rates

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Material changes will be communicated to registered investors via email. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

13. Termination

Foram Singhvi reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website or services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions or applicable law
• Is harmful to other users, Foram Singhvi, AMCs, or any third party
• Involves fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities

Termination does not affect your existing investment positions, which remain with the respective AMCs independent of Foram Singhvi.
